General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for HIRAYA ATELIER
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, purchases, and contracts between [Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "customer" or "you") that are concluded through the online shop, in-store purchases, or other sales channels of the company.
2. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded when the customer places an order and we accept it. An order is considered an offer from the customer, which we accept either by confirming the order or by delivering the goods.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All prices are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT).
(2) Payment can be made by PayPal.
(3) Payments are due immediately upon receipt of the invoice, without any deductions.
4. Delivery and Shipping
(1) Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
(2) Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products. We aim to ship the ordered goods as quickly as possible, but no later than [5] business days after payment is received.

5. Right of Withdrawal

(2) If a defect exists, the customer is entitled to demand repair or replacement.
(3) For used items, the warranty period is limited to 3 Months.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is made.
8. Liability
(1) We are not liable for damages caused by improper use of the goods.
(2) Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
9. Data Protection
